Every year, this conference brings together researchers, healthcare professionals, and community advocates to share innovative and impactful work in Nepal’s community health.
About This Year’s Conference
This year we are focusing on disaster-related community health interventions, including strengthening health systems’ resilience to meet the immediate and long-term mental health needs of affected communities.
We welcome all research on this theme from current or past disaster experiences in Nepal.
To make the conference accessible to a wider audience, it will be held virtually this year.
Who Attends
Academics working in global health; medical, nursing, and public health professionals, including students in those fields; philanthropists; and the local Nepali diaspora. It is a great opportunity to share your work with this audience.
Submission Guidelines
Please submit a structured abstract of no more than 250 words before the deadline. Your abstract should include:
- Title
- Authors’ names with their degrees and affiliations
- Presenting author’s name and email address
- Type of study
- Background, Methodology, Results, and Conclusion (the 250-word limit applies to this section)
Types of Study
Original Research
Present your original research methodologies and results — population health research or clinical studies.
Community Programs
Share successful community health programs and their impact.
Case Studies
Present real-life cases, challenges faced, solutions implemented, and scalability.

We are soliciting only oral presentations. Please submit an abstract only if the designated presenting author can attend the conference virtually and present the study live.
